LR670B is an aqueous weld spatter release agent which has been formulated specifically to exclude the use of all harmful solvents - silicons and oils. Offering a highly effective release film to prevent the adhesion of molten spatter. Ideal for use where surface finish is critical such as Automotive manufacture.LR670B contains a rust inhibiting agent. Its lower viscosity ensures it is suitable for use through manual automated and robotic welding systems.

Prevents spatter adhesion on:

Easily applied by spraying - brushing or wiping. Apply a thin film and weld as normal. After welding - the film can be wiped away very easily and leaves no residues. Post-welding applications (e.g. painting and galvanising)can then be carried out without interference
