DIRECTIONSOnly to be used by trained operatorsFirst use:

• The refill can comes with a base-label and a set of labels with the names of the approved products. Stick the label with the name of the product you are going to use on the indicated area at the top of the base-label on the can
• Label the Refill Can according to the local regulation for the product used in the can (consult Material Safety Data Sheet). At the front of the base-label there is a frame to stick the supplied safety data icons
• Keep the can straight and unscrew the top-ring with the valve
• Fill the can with the required products (maximum 300ml) (see products to use under Applications)
• Put on the top ring with valve and secure by screwing on the top ring firmly by hand
• Fill with compressed air (max 8 kg/cm2) by means of the Refill Can Gas Station (part number: 6230007350)
• NOTE: 8 kg/cm2 = 8 bars = 116 psi = 0.8 Mpa

Refill

• Vent the can by pressing the button (valve) until no more gas escapes
• Keep the can straight and unscrew slowly the top-ring with the valve
• Refill the can with a maximum of 300 ml (see products to use under Applications)
• Put in place the spray-valve and secure by screwing on the top ring firmly by hand
• Fill with compressed air (max 8 kg/cm2) by means of the Refill Can Gas Station (part number: 6230007350)
• When pressure becomes insufficient: refill with compressed air (max 8kg/cm2)

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:Never rinse or fill the can with water or water based products - alkyd products or products containing halogens as this may cause a chemical reaction; resulting in the formation of hydrogen and thus a dangerous over-pressure in the can.

• Never fill the Refill Can with a higher pressure as 8 bars at 23C (=8kg/cm2 - =116 psi - = 0.8 MPa)
• Make sure to use dry and conditioned compressed air for pressurising
• When the can is taken out of service - be sure there is no pressure left in the can and the can does not contain any more products. Unscrew the top ring during the storage period
• Take the Refill Can out of service immediately when damage is discovered (Deformations - damaged coating)
