ZG-90 is a fast and effective way to touch up galvanised structures. ZG-90 is a zinc-aspect coating that provides a combination of rapid drying time, superior coverage, opacity, with protection against corrosion. It is an accurate colour match for recently galvanised steel and is ideal for protecting welding joints and cut ends.

Applications:
- Use to protect metal work from corrosion.
- It is used to repair damage to other zinc coatings.
- For use on rusted and bare non-rusted steel
- surfaces and seams such as cut ends of Unistrut and cable conduits.
- Top coat and primer in one.
Directions for Use:
- Use in well ventilated area.
- Remove any rust and scale with a wire brush. Ensure that the surface to be coated is clean, dry and free from grease.
- ZG-90 contains solids which settle during storage: shake the can vigorously until the agitator ball is free and continue shaking for a further minute.
- Shake the can periodically during application.
- Apply in light, even coats - best results are obtained with 2 ? 3 light coats rather than one heavy coat.
- Additional coats can be applied after 15 - 20 minutes.
- When spraying is finished, clean the aerosol valve by turning the can upside down and spray until only propellant escapes.
- Do not use on the inside of water storage tanks.
- Remove prior to welding.
