Designed to give you the flexibility of using a poly IBC spill pallet outdoors without the sump filling with rainwater this IBC spill pallet comes complete with a self-assembly steel frame and polyethylene cover. The opening flap of the cover has ties to hold it in place when "rolled" open. The sump complies with all the UK regulations relating to sump capacities.
