PUR 101 is a specialised mould release agent - based upon a mixture of waxes and non-curing silicone resins in a blend of fast evaporating solvents.Formulated for injection moulding of polyurethanes - the product has proved particularly effective in the automotive industry but can also be used for polyurethane moulding in other areas.

APPLICATIONS

Suitable for release of semi-rigid and integral skin polyurethane. Apply using either an air assisted or airless spray system to give an even coating on the mould surface. The use of a brush or rag is not recommended as the speed of solvent evaporation makes it impractical to obtain an even finish
