ECOCOOL S-HL is a mineral oil-free, water-miscible cutting fluid which forms a clear, transparent solution. When mixed with water. ECOCOOL S-HL provides good corrosion protection, creates little foam, leaves no sticky residues and has good wetting and flushing properties. ECOCOOL S-HL is free of chlorine and zinc. ECOCOOL S-HL is also free of secondary alkanolamines/amides and therefore conforms to German TRGS 611, points 3.1, 3.2 (1) and 3.2 (2).

Application

• ECOCOOL S-HL is recommended for the grinding of cast iron and steel at concentrations between 3 and 4 %.
• Machining aluminium normally requires concentrations between 5 and 12 %.
• Very difficult operations may also necessitate higher concentrations.
