RENOLIT LX-EP 2 is a multipurpose grease based on lithium complex soap, containing EP additives and agents to improve wear protection, oxidation resistance and corrosion protection. RENOLIT LX-EP 2 has good EP properties and protect against corrosion. It is a highly shear stable product suitable for long term lubrication. Non-leaded, lithium complex, extreme pressure grease, capable of operating at higher temperatures than normal lithium greases. It provides good rust protection, efficient water resistance, excellent stability against oxidation and good resistance to mechanical breakdown.
It contains extreme pressure, anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion additives. Its very high maximum operating temperature (of over 160° C for short periods) enables it to lubricate front wheel bearings efficiently, despite transmitted heat.
